The Rock climbing and abseiling is a great activity experience for those who like adventure and have a head for heights! Enjoy an adventure day of rock climbing and abseiling on the rocky cliff faces of Pembrokeshire, West Wales.

Your activity day will begin by being kitted out with a safety harness and ropes, before taking that step over the edge and abseiling down the cliff face, with the sea crashing beneath you. Now you have reached the bottom - the only way is up! Feel a great sense of achievement as you climb back up to the top, finding those little nooks and crannies to grip, but they may not be as close as you think!

With the full day experience of rock climbing and abseiling you will have the chance to climb at a few locations around the North Pembrokeshire coast and also learn further skills such as belaying which is the practice of passing and controlling the rope fed out to a climber.

Children are aged 8-15 years. Adult aged over 16 years.

DURATION
Full Experience Day runs from approximately 0900-1630.

NUMBERS ON THE DAY
For every guide there will be a maximum of 6 people.

SPECTATORS
Due to the nature of the activity spectators cannot be accommodated for.

DRESS CODE
Please wear suitable clothing according to weather conditions, including warm and waterproof layers and/or sun cream where required etc. Also a wash bag, towel and change of clothes after the activity.
Items include wetsuit, buoyancy aid, jacket, lifejacket and helmet etc.
Old jogging trousers to go over your wetsuit and trainers that will get wet.

Rock climbing is not available between November 1st 2009 and March 31st 2010.
