Calling all Adrenalin Junkies!! - This is definitely the experience day for you! After an initial safety briefing and kitted out in full wetsuits, buoyancy aids and headgear you will take to the water, with fully trained instructors! You will then take up the challenges of sea level traversing, rock climbing and the ultimate experience - cliff jumping! In calmer sea enjoy exploring sea caves and when the weather is rougher enjoy a highly exhilarating experience!

Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and must be able to swim.
Minimum ages apply please check at the time of booking.

NUMBERS ON THE DAY
The centres can accommodate for large groups.

SPECTATORS
Due to the nature of the activity day spectators cannot be accommodated for.

DRESS CODE
Please bring a swimming costume to wear under the wetsuit and also bring some old trainers to wear during the activity session.
